Mtn insurance

I have been paying my Insurance for more than 2 years and never claimed a cent. More than a mnth ago, I called in to kain for a cracked screen. I have been waiting ever since for feedback.

Today I called in and asked to speak to a manager, I advised the agent to tell the team leader or manager to give me a call. Up until now, I still haven't received a call.
