MTN Insurance at it again!

<p>My phone suddenly died on me without any warning and I emailed MTN insurance and then they sent a courier to come take my phone from my place of residence. This was sometime in October 2016. Fast forward today, I am asked to submit a claim form, of which was supposed to be requested initially when they collected my phone. I have been paying for a handset I do not even have. Funny enough, I had the same experience when I claimed for my Blackberry last year. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is it possible to claim without having to endure this anguish?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist</p>
