MTN Insurance are impossible to get hold of.

Hi there. I have a phone insured with MTN Insurance that was taken in for repairs 2 months ago. I was called by a lady from a company called Smartphones Plus and notified me that the courier guys are going to be collecting my phone in a day or 2 and give me a loan device which they never delivered. So they collected the phone and I had all the accessories the phone came with like the charger, earphones etc all in the box that the phone came in. A month later they called me again notifying me that my phone had been repaired and ready to be delivered after relentlessly trying to get hold of MTN insurance to find out what the status of my phone was. So they delivered the phone but the problem was that the phone was not in the box that they collected it in. This is very frustrating because I don't have a charger anymore and I have to use ****py chargers in order to charge my phone. Also I will have a problem in the future if I my phone happens to give me issues and I have to take the phone to MTN in the box it came in and I will not be able to get things like my IMEI number etc which are written on the box. Please attend to my query as soon as possible so I can get my charger back. <br>
