MTN Insurance are beyond pathetic

<p>So much for escalating this complaint to the insurance divisions supervisory team they seem as useless as everyone else, 2 week later and I still haven't heard a word from anybody including your customer care after their first response after I responded twice to them. I firmly stand by my initial posting that MTN service is pathetic. In fact I shouldn't complain about the service because there is none to speak of. My rating would be zero stars now if it was possible. Angry and disappointed is all I can say!!!!!!!!!!</p>
