MTN Insurance Approved Claim Delayed for Nearly a Month, No Phone Provided

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from MTN Insurance.

My insurance claim was approved and I paid the required excess fee. After that, I was sent the wrong replacement device, a demo iPhone 17 Pro Max, instead of the correct device.

I immediately reported the issue and returned the phone as instructed. Since then, I have contacted MTN Insurance almost every day, but I keep getting the same response: they are waiting for supplier feedback after assessing the returned demo phone.

It is now reaching almost one month since the claim was approved and excess was paid, yet I still have no cellphone, no confirmed delivery date, and no proper resolution.

I have comp**** with everything required from my side, but MTN Insurance continues to delay the matter without clear communication.

I am requesting urgent intervention, immediate feedback, and delivery of the correct replacement device without any further delay.
