MTN Insurance and Sales

MTN Insurance and Sales service is appauling. I have a 3 month old insurance claim not resolved! We seem to be going around in circles and i am not being asked for info sent to them at the beginning of the process. We have also been charged for an internet product since April 2022 which was cancelled on 29 April. And again cancelled on 16 November! No one at MTN seems to know what they are doing. 😡
