mtn insurance and guard risk insurance

MY phone is on contract with MTN within the 6 months I had a complain that the screen is blurring and the phone gets hot. when submitting the claim they have decline it as there is no visible damaged and no liquid damages, (THEY DI NOT EVEN COME AND GET THE PHONE) we have all risk insurance

on anther claim we lost the one phone in a car(also all risk insurance) now they declining it without any reason

why do you have insurance and for what am i paying for if all the claims get declined?????
