MTN Insurance ADMYNTEC SERVICES the worst insurance ever!

MTN SA uses the most useless insurance company ever, Admyntec Services! It is the most frustrating and useless insurance that is infact suppose to be the most efficient. I logged a claim with them on the 5th of December for a device that got ****** from me, to date I still do not know if they are going to approve my claim because everyday there is a different story of what is outstanding/ delaying my claim. I can not wait for my contract to end with MTN so I do not have to deal with such. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years but this sure left a bitter taste. what is worse is my phone is my tool of trade and I am being inconvenienced by an insurance company that its aim is to help us.
