MTN Insurance/ Admyntec

I submitted my device claim on 22 Nov 2022, proof of payment for excess was on 29th Nov 2022. I then received an email confirming that device will delivered in 3-5 working days from then. It's 13th December 2022. Exactly 3 weeks from start of claim and till now no device delivered. Instead every time I call MTN insurance I am told head office needs to respond to email queries about my claim but till this day no further action has taken place. I can't believe it can take more than 5days for a head office to attend to a query about ordering and delivery of a device. This insurance company MTN/ Admyntec is the worst in terms of delivery and communicating on progress. I'm very disappointed.
