MTN INSURANCE (ADMYN TEC SERVICES) POOR ********** SERVICE

I have been calling MTN insurance with the intention of cancelling my cellphone insurance cover for over two weeks but I am being sent from pillar to post. I called in on the first of November to give notice to cancel my cover, however, this was never processed until I called in to follow up on the 6th of November. Which would mean my notice period is from 6 Nov - 6 Dec, which cannot be considering I gave notice to cancel on the 1st. I have been calling MTN insurance to resolve this and the service I have been getting from Admyn Services is **********. Every time I call in I have to explain myself all over again despite being informed that my query has been escalated and I'll get a call back within 24 hours Each person I speak to escalates my query anew and I never get feedback!
