MTN Insurance
my name is sabina ive been with MTN for morethan 10 or so, ive claim for my phone as it was lost as im paying insurence, it was approved and now they taking me from pillar to post on when am i getting my phone, no one want to answer me, their agents keep on dropping my calls, they tell me they don't have team leaders on the floor how is that possible.

27 Dec 2019, 09:07I'm not going to send any email, because u guys u not taking my claim serious as ur loyal costumer, I've been call mtn everyday and I get nothing, so will sending an email me in which way, I called I again today an I get nothing still, so I'm going to cancel my contract with u guys, u giving me no joy.
