MTN insurance a ****

Lost my phone on the 03rd September, submitted insurance claim on the 05th Sept and I was told to wait for 7 days for feedback. After 7 days I was told to wait another 7 days. 14 days passed no feedback, called MTN and spoke to Nthabiseng the manager on the 30th Sept who told I will get a feedback letter via email. On the 5th I got an sms that my claim has been rejected, without any explanations. Called the call center requesting a detailed letter of why the claim was rejected, till today I haven’t received feedback.

All I want is my money back, please. Ke sharp seriously.
