Mtn Insurance a hoax

<p>It has now been 16 days since I have submitted a claim for a damaged phone with MTN insurance and still there has been no reaction or reply from MTN as to what is going to happen. This is the second review I am posting as I am hopeless at the moment. It is impossible to reach them via telephone as you are put on hold for hours and then abruptly get cut off. I have emailed them and posted a previous review and both times they said that the problem will be sent on to the claims department but still nothing has happened. If it takes this long to process a claim, how long will it not take to actualy repair the phone ? I must take my hat off to them, because never have I seen a company make money by doing absolutely nothing. I am now completely convinced that MTN insurance does not actualy exist, because how else can one company be this bad at service delivery ? Congratulations to whomever is responsible for this disappointment of a service because you are making money by being utterly incapable. Surely it can't be acceptable to take a customer's monthly premiums and never deliver. Have you ever heard of accountability and customer service ? </p>
