MTN Insurance a Headache

MTN Insurance has the worse service ever, as for me and my family will never go for MTN Products anymore, my phones were ****** and i was given a runaround when it was time to claim then the device that was replace broke down within a month and when i called the agents gave me new information everyday, it was as if they do not work for the same company, i was always told that the matter will be escalated, i reported this matter on the 2nd of November and till today i do not have a phone which is my working tool, i tried to send emails to the complaints department but they also did not help me with anything...MTN Insurance will stress you and they dont even care, month end they debit insurance money on time so now im paying for a device i hardly use, If you want peace of mind go for another network to insure your device...
