MTN Insurance a biggest ******* of all times

<p>I bought a contract phone from MTN Wonderpark and i was advised to take insurance of which I did with no hesitation, and little did I knew that I'm actually setting myself up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Problem arises a year later when i lose my phone and the Insurance people are giving me all the reasons that they have under their clause stating every reasons which makes it impossible for them to pay ANY LOST PHONE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I parked my car at Pretoria Orchards on the 15th of this Month (March) and went into a shop to quickly grab something, upon my return I rushed back home and little did i notice that stuff is missing in the car, i realised upon my arrival that my clothes weren't in the car, my gym bag, Phone and other accessories. I went to open the case of my missing stuff the next day, blocked the phone and visited the store and i was assisted in terms of submission of all the required documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>But i was so shocked and disappointed to learn that the Phone that I insured mainly to protect it and myself against the bad situation 'theft and crime' that we witness everyday of our lives, than accidental damages on the device and stuff cannot be covered. </p> <p>I was surprised when I was requested to provide proof that the car was Jammed, my question was also that how do you then proof if you been ****** on a gun point? I also requested the copy of a contract that I've personally signed and still waiting. </p> <p>I should say that I'm very disappointed with MTN Insurance and I strongly believe that they actually do take advantage of people while they reaping them off their hard earned salaries. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hello Peter can you please intervene and assist on this case, i think I've lost enough on what was ****** and uninsured in the vehicle, so I can't also lose items that I insured. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very sad and disturbed by this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Mduduzi Nhlapo</p> <p> </p>
