MTN insurance - a bad decision i took

My phone was ****** at my place of work, precisely in my office. Now the insurance policy does not cover me if my loss occurred while the device was left in a public place unattended. So insurance only covers incidents that occurred in a private place?? When marked will they help me? or will they tell me i was in a public place so they wont help me. We are just paying insurance this days to get stories. Not happy with MTN insurance at all!!!
