MTN Insurance a ****

My phone was ****** 3 weeks ago. I insured the device with MTN insurance. For past 3 weeks I've been taken from pillar to post The police station, MTN Nicolway to call center agents lying and acting as senior managers.

I've been calling everyday since my phone was ******. The call centre agents gives me different versions every day.

- They will escalate the matter - no feedback from thier side - The manager at the call centre is always sick when I call in - The call centre today mentioned that my complaint/policy is not logged on the system - The keep hanging up on me
