I'm very disappointed with MTN in fact MTN is very disgusting. I lost my iPhone 13 pro gold and I requested the same phone from you instant you deliver a cellphone that is dim and I do not like that phone .

I don't know if you never went to primary school and learn color's because the phone that I received is not gold that I requested.

You even specified on that paper that I wanted GOLD I don't know if I must you color's so that you can know the difference between gold and other color's.

When I called your call centre I emphasized that I must be called before they deliver if it's not gold becuase I won't be using another phone if it's not gold. I DONT WANT THIS COLOUR
