MTN INSURANCE

Lost my phones submitted my documents on the 26th of January 2023 at MTN port shepstone to date 1st of much haven’t received my phones,waited 3 weeks after I submitted which I was told to wait after 3 weeks I call the MTN shop I submitted at lady there by NONSI tells me she submitted but no response from the insurance,I then ask for the insurance details so I can call and follow as I’m in need of my phones because I’m losing business clients get hold of me as they wish because my temporary phone is bad then insurance tells me no my documents weren’t submitted only 1 phone showing instead of 2 i them call back at the mtn store & the lady insists she submitted everything correctly,following week I call again I’m then told my documents were resubmitted since they submitted wrong documents I then call the following week at the shop they call the insurance they still claim isn’t lodged the person them lodged it then wanted pictures of the boxes of the phones which I sent to the lady at the MTN shop on the 24th of February 2023 still no response we are now in March yet they collected they monthly premium yet I’m receiving no service
