MTN insurance ****!

I cancelled my MTN cellphone insurance on the 25th of August 2025. My last debit was supposed to be on the 25th September 2025. I am still billed for October and November. MTN and Admyntec are sending from pillar to post. They keep saying the matter has been escalated but no one wants to refund or cancel the insurance premium on my cellphone contract. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!
