MTN Insurance

I am not happy with your insurance service. I have sent the documents for a claim on the on the 14th of November which was only processed on the 18th, till today the claim is still with underwriters. I am very unhappy with the process. Your service is very poor. I just did a follow up this morning, still it's with underwriters.
