I have a problem with Mtn insurance, I insured my device for security reasons but now they are not meeting our agreement, I have 2 devices that needs to be repaired and they are not working hand in hand with the issue, I reported the matter from last month up until today they haven't given me any positive feedback. 1.Theres a Samsung S8 and they say it's still in progress 2.Theres a Samsung Note 10 it appears that it was not insured, and they can't find the IMEI Addres in their system 3.I has sent them all needed documentation for the claim but I can't get helped. 4.I have sent emails endlessly and I don't get the necessary help, each day someone new is replaying to the emails and it's not helping with the claim. 5.I dont owe MTN Or the insurance but now I don't understand why or what is the reason for them to process the claim. I don't know what to do or to say to them for them to do their work, you are my last hope please help me. I've been using this service provider since 2013 if I remember correctly but now am I am at the point of wanting nothing to do with them ,I've had it with their service it's bad.
