MTN Insurance

My Samsung is insured and overheats when i am using it, i submitted the insurance claim last week Tuesday, and no one from MTN has collected the phone as promised, no follow ups, just getting automated responses from them, I'm even thinking of cancelling this contract entirely. I mean why pay for something i am not using.
