MTN Insurance

MTN insurance has failed to collect an ipad, from Dec 2019. They use a courier that is unprofessional and inept, who does not call in advance. Speaking to MTN, they fob you off to MTN Insurance as if it is a separate entity removed from them. If they are so unreliable in fetching the item - how can they be trusted to repair it timeously. We are paying for item and insurance, and it is not in use! Will never make use of their insurance again,and will be sure to tell everyone i know about their lack of competency.
