MTN INSURANCE

MTN insurance cover is just the worst. Claim was logged and the excess was paid on the 22nd of May if I'm not mistaken. The device hasn't been collect for repairs but on the app it states "device is being repaired" when you call the they tell you they can't assist as the query has been given to the courier company and they cannot communicate with them, which is a lie because when I claimed a couple of years or months back they were able to communicate with the courier company,that lady was just not in the mood to do her job but she was able to tell me the name of the courier company. I ask again, when will the device be collected for repairs????!
