MTN INSURANCE

I have logged a claim with Mtn's insurance provider on 11 February 2022 and to date my claim is still "under review". My insurance package is all risk and I have been paying it every month with no default, but when it comes to me making a claim no assistance or even feedback is available. It has been almost 2 weeks since my phone got accidently damaged and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel regarding receiving any assistance even from MTN.

This has been a eye opener.
