MTN Insurance

I have been seeing so many bad complaints about MTN insurance.. Yes i struggled a bit with Feedback. But i called them again twice today and they promised me feedback before EOB which i got. <br> <br> I will still recommend MTN insurance as they are excellent. After my claim got declined i called them back and everything was resolved. Now i can go and collect my phone! <br> <br> Patience is key as i understood that they have quite a backlog to catch up on and they are still as happy as ever over the phone! <br> <br> Well Done and Thank you to Patrick and his supervisor for letting my claim go through!!! <br> Big Ups to MTN Still a happy customer after 8 years!
