MTN Insurance

MTN Insurance- I sent my device in for a screen replacement in December 2023 and all is well until my phone mistakenly falls into water 5 days again. What used to be a "water-resistant" phone is now switching off and my sim card slot is full of water along with my Spen. I went to samsung and the manager advised that the phone was not correctly sealed hence the water in the Sim tray. Mtn refuses to take responsibility, they will advise once the claim is approved. What exactly are you approving? Because in all fairness my device was not sealed entirely. If you guys decide to "repair" my sim card tray etc I should be okay with the fact that my phone had water trapped inside of it for 5 days and turn a blind eye! I am extremely disappointed after 10 years of business I highly think it's time to end my relationship with MTN!
