MTN Insurance

I took out a cellphone contract with MTN and with that insurance for the device. My fiance was ****** at knife point. They stole his device and ran off. When I arrived home, I immediately reported the device ****** and had the phone blacklisted. I have been waiting 15 working days since submitting my claim and I am still without a device. The consultant at MTN Insurance apologised proviously but IT DOES NOT HELP ME because I have been without the device for 24 days. MTN claims that if your device is ****** they will replace it within 48hours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MTN INSURANCE. Their underwriters are Guardrisk.
