MTN insurance

So my MTN insurance was just randomly cancelled about 2 weeks ago and when i called to find out who cancelled it and if there was a voice recording, it was said they would call me back. The next day still no call back but i called them again and still it was told they need to do a follow up. A few days later i sent an email, with my contract attached, stating they need to reactivate my insurance, i also got no reply and not a word from anyone till today. I am highly disappointed as i have never had problems with MTN before. I need this to be resolved.
