MTN INSURANCE

I have been paying all my cellphone premiums up to date including the insurance package my phone got ****** early February I immediately contacted MTN and registered my claim after weeks of not hearing anything, no follow ups i called to follow up turns out they had my email wrong and that ''The way your device was ****** does not correspond with our T&Cs" which was never read to me.
