MTN insurance

Hi there, it's sad to experience such I don't know what to do or say last year in july I've lost my husband he was hijacked and they shot him. So I've carried out all his expenses and delt with everything he had including his MTN contract which I'm still paying since I'm the executor and I actually went to the store and they advised how I can go on about it. Now my complaint is I was ****** at my own home guys came in took the car the phone the laptop of which the phone has an insurance and I'm claiming it from them I got case no. and I did what they've asked from me . I emailed and attached the documents for the claim only for them to answer me that they can't help me with this claim since the original owner is nomore but they've been taking the money from the wife of the deceased since so I don't understand and I've emailed them again asking if they will be paying all that money back if they not helping me or giving me a new cellphone
