MTN Insurance

I put through a claim with MTN insurance as my cellphone got lost. Its been Two Weeks now and I havent had any response from them. I called last week and I was told that my claim was never received, I find that funny as I have a reference number, when I tried giving them the number i was told that they systems are down and and I should resend the claim form. I have since send the forma again and got another reference number. but this week i have been unable to get hold of anyone as they are experience problems. <br> <br> Ihaven't had a phone in Three weeks and i urgently need my claim approved. I really dont care about systems that are down and they're damn strike. every month MTN debits and they get their money with no default. and now that I need their assistance i'm struggling. I miss Nashua mobile they were always professional and got things done. <br> <br> MTN is the worst service provider in South Africa!!!!
