Mtn insurance

I am very disappointed in mtn insurance. It has been two months since I lodged a claim without any success.

I called them more than 20 times now and every time they tell me they're waiting for feedback from their underwriter. I called their underwriter multiple times and they refer me back to the ever useless mtn customer care center. I have been sent from Pilar to post, yet every month they deduct from my account without fail.

It is very frustrating process and I wouldn't advise anyone to take an insurance with mtn. They are very unhelpful and inconsiderate.
