MTN insurance

I've been waiting for 4weeks now for MTN insurance company to come and collect my phone and fix it.i reported the phone In mid November, submitted the claim form and paid the exces fee still nothing.everytime I call they tell different stories.they said it will take 2days after payment but I'm still waiting and when I call the line,it takes about 30mins to get through and have to stay online almost an hour.
