mtn insurance ????
I recently lodged a claim to the mtn insurance, having it approved I then proceeded to pay the excess. But to tooth's day mtn hasn't collect my phone so that it can go in for repairs

28 Nov 2019, 16:51I don't know what that escalation entails BUT I can tell you that it doesn't mean my phone being collected. I haven't gotten a response from both MTN or MTN insurance
