MTN INSURANCE

I lost my phone on the 21st of May and it was insured. I claimed for insurance and they said the imei numbers do not match, with the one on their system. Technically they did not update their information, so I went to MTN HVRC in Midrand to get the proof of exchange and its been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten a replacement, they keep on saying that my claim is at the administrators and I missed 2 exams because they told me that I cannot do a simswop but I had because I needed the simcard to write. MTN INSURANCE is a DISAPPOINTMENT!! BIG TIME
