MTN Insurance

Hello, I am unhappy, sad, and upset with MTN mobile insurance. On April 24, MTN collected my phone for repair. I took about a month and was quite patient. Unfortunately, when it returned from repair, one of the sim card slots was not functional, and my phone was a dual SIM phone. When I switch to dual sim, it turns off all sim slots. Sim 1 no longer works; only sim 2 does. I immediately called MTN, who collected the phone again for inspection and returned with the same issue. The phone was returned three times, yet the problem persisted. Now I don't know what to do longer, because it appears that MTN is not willing to fix or replace my phone, I am really disappointed.

I used to trust MTN, but I don't know anymore.
