MTN Insurance

So towards the end of January i shared a review about MTN Insurance. They called me the day after and changed my insured device to my upgraded one. I called again on Saturday and that was when my claim was escalated. They took like 4 days to give me a response so yesterday they eventually did, only to find that my claim was declined due to the fact that it was not a liquid problem or the phone was ******. They didn't even take the phone to actually check what could be the problem. I hate the fact that they dragged this for so long when they know that their insurance does not include what happened to my phone.
