MTN Insurance

I recently upgraded my contract and got a new laptop. I had no intention of insuring the device but after hearing about a terrible experience that my colleague had, I decided to insure my laptop incase of theft or accidental damage. Although there was a delay in customer service and I became frustrated due to no response to my query, an MTN representative reached out to me yesterday and I happily managed to #WIN and now my device is insured. Thank you MTN. Just a tip: sometimes you need to speed up the process of responding to customer emails/calls.
