MTN INSURANCE

My phone is damaged and i put on the claim at mtn they told me that i should take the device and insurance people will be in touch

i waited then after a good week i decided to call them(INSURANCE) and ask when are they going to come and collect the device ,they told me that they reply after 7working days , so i waited on the 8working day no communication and thats 2weeks now i called again

this time i hear a totally different story that i still need to wait for 14 working days,why are they changing their story, now im sitting with a phone that is not working , they dont even come and collect the device at that time im paying for it... should it come to month end they are going to debit my account and i will still be sitting with the device that is not working and how long again are they gonna take the device to fix and bring it back, basically for that whole month i would have paid for the service i did not use

This is unprofessional totally not unacceptable
