MTN Insurance
I took out insurance with MTN 18 months ago for my LG G5, the phone got lost last month(February 2019). The claim for a replacement phone was approved today but I'm disgusted by the phone they have offered me which is an LG Q6, those two phones are worlds apart and I feel ripped of now. A representative from Pinnacle Marketing told me that I DONT HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT THE DEVICE OFFERED TO ME!!!
