MTN Insurance
Check exactly how much they are insuring your phone for when you sign up I tried to claim and was told I was only insured for R2500 (Its a R20 000 phone) And must pay in R2500 for the repair When they called to tell me this, they had already destroyed the display It had a small crack on the side of the screen but was working perfectly So now I must accept a "non working phone" back. Why was I not notified prior to the phone being dismantled The question is!!!!!! Why would anyone take out such low insurance I suppose ±R42 and no valid claims is better profit than R±92 and replacing phones???
