MTN insurance

Service for MTN insurance very poor I have been waiting for 3 to 4 months for the respond for the phone which is damaged but thanks to Pamela Matsheke who was so helpful The guy who called me today 22/11/2018 i am not sure whether he is from mtn insurance he said something like he is from blue wave I have never heard that name before Truecaller shows his name as Kaiser since there are ****s I was confused didn't know whether to answer his calls or what the guy at least he should have said he is from mtn isurance cause I am waiting for MTN insurance to come collect my phone Again thanks to Pamela Matsheke
