MTN Insurance

I've had the worst experience with MTN insurance. My phone screen cracked, was repaired and has never been the same. The phone has been sent back to them about 3 time as a call back and it still is not fixed. The last time I sent it back they kept it for 3 weeks only to return it without having done anything. I was calling them at least twice a week to follow up since they don't communicate at all. I've left messages for the repair centre to call me, for the supervisor to call me to no avail. I am highly frustrated because as we speak the phone is malfunctioning. No once can give me answers and the call centre people have no authority.

This is the worst service ever!
