MTN INSURANCE

i have a contract with mtn so my phone broke i have been paying insurance for the last 2and half years ive been email them call for the past 6month i never recieved any feed back from i mean ive been paying 180rand insurance fee every single month and this is the service you get from them i a customer for years very poor services from them( mtn insurance are ****ty)
