Mtn insurance
My phone broke over a month ago. I reported to mtn insurance that the phone needs to be repaired as I had insured it. They promised to pick up my phone 2 weeks ago and they still haven't to date. They promised that the matter will be attended to in 5 days and I am still waiting. No response from them whatsoever. Their insurance line is forever busy.
