MTN INSURANCE

My Iphone 5s is damaged and is insured through MTN. Finally after a 8 days waiting period they have contacted me to collect the phone on the 22nd of October. The consultant advised that Iphones are hardly repaired and most likely a REFURBISHED phone will be given to me. <br> <br> I cannot believe that I have been faithfully paying insurance over the past 16 months only to be told that I will be given a refurbished phone! I have been with other insurances and I have never encountered this in my lifetime!
