MTN Insurance

<p>MTN</p> <p>I purchased an iPhone for my daughter 2 years ago. With this phone I took out insurance with the provider I contracted with - which is MTN. a couple months before our contract draws to an end, my daughters phone becomes problematic. We sent it in via MTN to the repair centre four times and each time it came back unfixed. The one thing they did do was replace the screen.</p> <p>However on the last call made to the repair centre, the supervisor told me that MTN will never replce my phone. I am sitting with a phone that is unfixed. Despite me paying for insurance religiously - I never got the service from MTN. I have not renewed the contract on the phone, because of the economy and I am trying to have as little debt as possible. Am i being punished for this? </p> <p>Please can someone from MTN just fix my phone once and for all. I am not asking for a brand new phone, I just want a phone that works!!! Surely the insurance paid will at least get me this?????</p>
