MTN Insurance

<p>One of my phones on contract that was used by my fiance, was unfortunately ****** in an incident which resulted in the brutal ****ing of my fiance. Due to ongoing investigations to the case, the police used the phone to track and find the suspects and also retieved the phone and I had hoped that it would then be given back to me. However almost a month later the phone is still being kept and I am unable to get it.</p> <p>I then tried to claim for the phone through insurance as it was insured, and I cannot be paying for a newly upgraded contract with no phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The claims facilitator has just came back to me to say my claim was declined. I stated my case clearly on the claim form and it would have been nice, if my story was properly heard before the claim was just declined like that. I was unable to claim the phone within the 30 days, as per insurance terms and conditions, due to the ongoing case investigations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead of being so quick to decline claims, maybe try finding out the issues one has had with the incident, then deciding based on that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for nothing MTN. Now I will pay for a phone and insurance on it, with no phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
